Shipping – Wander and Find

Every order from Wander and Find is made to order — printed and dispatched by our fulfilment partners once your order is confirmed. That means no warehouses, no waste, and no sitting on shelves. It does mean a short production window before your order ships, so please factor that in.

Production time Most orders are produced and ready to dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

How your order is fulfilled Our fulfilment partners operate production hubs across multiple countries including the UK, US, EU and beyond. Your order will be produced at the hub best placed to fulfil it — which in most cases means faster delivery and fewer cross-border shipments. Occasionally, if a product is only available from a specific hub, it may ship from a different country than expected.

EU Orders — Customs & Duties Because many of our products are produced within the EU at local fulfilment hubs, most EU orders will not incur customs duties or import fees. In cases where an order is fulfilled from outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have any concerns.

USA & Canada — Customs & Import Duties Many orders for US and Canadian customers are fulfilled from local hubs, reducing the likelihood of customs charges. However, where orders are fulfilled internationally, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Wander and Find has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
