  • Returns & Refunds Policy — Wander and Find

    All products in our store are made to order, printed and fulfilled specifically for you by Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or simply changing your mind.

    Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wanderandfind.net with:

    • Your order number
    • A photo of the issue

    We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

    Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

    EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

    To exercise this right, log in to your account at wanderandfind.net and submit a return or cancellation request directly. Orders can be cancelled until fulfilled. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery of your last item.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

    Non-EU Customers (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Gulf Region & Thailand) If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wanderandfind.net with:

    We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

    How We Fulfil Your Order All orders are produced on demand via Printful, with production hubs across multiple countries. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. This means every item is made fresh for you — with no excess stock and no waste.
