Refund & Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

How to Cancel or Return To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] within the 14-day cancellation window. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items As our products are made to order, please note that personalised or custom-made items may be exempt from the standard right to return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Where this applies, we will make this clear at the point of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard delivery cost — however, you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Returns Address Please contact us before sending any return — we will provide the correct returns address based on your item's production origin.
